As a pet parent, you will receive your pet's customized flight schedule in advance of his or her travel. This travel package will include all of the pertinent details such as the flight numbers, departure and arrival airports and other relevant contact information. Your flight schedule will also include your pet's "Air Way Bill" (or ticket) number along with flight tracking instructions so that no matter where your pet is in the world, you can stay informed with 24/7 access to tracking.

When you first contact Life Unleashed, you are assigned to a Life Unleashed Service Consultant.

Your pet's assigned consultant is familiar with your destination region.

The consultant will obtain additional information and necessary details to provide you with an accurate quotation and answer any questions you might have about the relocation process or general questions about flying your pet.

Second Step:

If our estimated price quote is within your budget, your assigned Service Consultant will then put together an exact price as well as all of the logistics of the pet relocation, down to the airlines we'll be using, flight routing, customs clearance, and other necessary details.

Each Life Unleashed pet travel agent is a regional expert - either a Domestic Travel Expert (within the United States) or as an International United Kingdom Specialist. Regional expertise ensures that your pet's relocation will be handled by someone who is familiar with the latest import/export requirements for your destination to help simplify the process.
